Co-Curricular Activites :

For the holistic development of the personality of the students, a number of cocurricular     activities like Debate, Elocution, Dance, Drama etc. are undertaken throughout the year. The     students are given opportunity to participate in Social Science exhibition, Science Exhibition,     Maths Olympiad, Science Olympiad and TERI Green Olympiad etc.
   (1) Poem recitation at regional level Km. Santosh Chauhan got          1st place.
    (2) Participation in Hindi Essay competition, Hindi debate          competition at cluster level. Regular C.C.A. competitions are          organized at school level as per schedule. Students          participated and won prizes in different events organized at          city level.

  Games and Sports:

Vidyalaya provides enough games and sportsactivitiesfor the development of sound minds     insound bodies. The vidyalaya has also engaged the services of expert coaches to train the     students inBasketball, Football, Yoga, Judo-Karate etc.  

Students of the Vidyalaya participate in various games and sports competitions at Vidyalay     level, cluster level, regional level and KVS National level.   

The Vidyalaya at it's new campus will have fully developed Football, Hockey, Volleyball,     Basket   ball, Badminton playgrounds and treks. KVS has already sanctioned a liberal grant     of   Rs.3 Lacs for development of Children Park for games & sports activities of tiny-tots of     Primary section at it's new campus.

Cluster level/Regional level participation both boys and girls team in Kho-Kho   & Volly Ball. 02 Students won Gold  medal, 02 Students won silver and 01 bronze in boxing in their respective weight group at regional level. One student participated at KVS   National boxing   event.

  Library :
Its new campus the Vidyalaya is developing impressive and spacious internet connected library. Vidyalaya at present subscribes   to all the important newspapers and magazines of national and international repute.
 
  Computer Literacy :

The Vidyalaya imparts Computer Education to the children right from standard First so that     students are prepared well to face the challenges of modern progressive information age     society. 35 computers connected with LAN. It provides internet facility to its students and     staff.The Vidyalaya is planning to develop separate computer lab for Junior calsses.  

Every students and teacher of the Vidyalaya is compulsorily to get himself/herself registered     under Think.com program and to develop his/her web page and to interact with best of the     brains in the subjects available under the Think.com scheme.
 
  Music :
Vidyalaya has talented music teacher providing training to the students in the field of dance and music. The students of the     Vidyalaya participated in various local and regional competitions and brought glory and fame to the institution.
 
  Scout and Guide & NCC :

The Vidyalaya has decided to bring at least 50% of the students and staff under cubs,     Bulbuls,   Scouts and Guides with a purpose to serve the country and countrymen. The     students are trained by the experts scout masters and guide captains.

As soon as Vidyalaya shifts to its new location NCC (Army/Naval/AirWings) would be started NCC Training program would lead students to awards up to 'C Certificate.

  Vocational Training:
The Vidyalaya provides intensive training to the students in Doll-making, Fabric-painting, Glass Painting, Soft Toys, Duster     making, Electric and mechanical gadget repairing etc.
 
  Mountaineering and Trekking Activities :

The students are given opportunities to participate in mountaineering/trekking programs     organized by KVS, generally at Manali, Pachmari and other spots at higher reaches of   Himalayas. Students do participate in Para-sailing activities and local excursions are     planned for them.
 
  Medical Check Up :

Medical examination are held twice a year and the report with recommendations is provided to   the parents through a medical chart.
 
  Physical Education :
Physical Education is a significant part of our curriculam. All students are encouraged to participate in various Sports Games and   athlietics Special Instructors are engaged to provide extra coaching in Games like Kho_Kho and Basket Ball.
 
In this session many competitions were conducted in CCA. For example Dance, Songs, Debate, Quize etc.

i) Vidyalaya celebrated Birthday of great heroes and figures of India.
ii) Vidyalaya observed and celebrated many important days e.g. National Consumer Day, National Tobacco Day, National Education Day etc.
